  • We require full payment, along with a signed copy of our terms and conditions to secure an installation date. Please note, furniture will not be put on hold until all paperwork is returned and payment is received. Payments can be made by direct debit, credit card or via Paypal.

  • During peak periods, our lead time can be anywhere from 10-14 days. Depending on which suppliers the objects are selected lead is giving after full payment.

  • E-Design has enabled us to support clients from all over the world! Perfect for clients that need some help putting a plan together.

    E-design is just what it sounds like— interior design services offered completely online! E-design is a simple, affordable alternative to traditional interior design because the service is performed virtually, removing the need for in-person meetings & travel.

  • Our style Questionnaire will help to narrow down on what your preferred style is, if you are still not sure we will support you and help you find it.

  • You will receive your E-Design Presentation Package via email approximately within 1-2 weeks (depending on the scope of work). After initial consultation and all needed items have been received (questionnaire, payment, room sizes, photos, videos, and Pinterest boards). All digital boards will be emailed in a PDF downloadable and printable file.

  • Yes absolutely! We can incorporate your current items and then suggest special finds to pull the space together. Our approach is to provide personalized and affordable interior makeovers.

  • Yes! We can work within your budget range. Our ability to create a dramatic transformation will be determined by what you have set aside for your investment amount for the project.

  • Yes! A number of home furnishing retailers we work and design with have established an online presence, enabling us to provide you with a shopping list full of items which you can purchase on your own.

  • If we’ve missed the mark on an item or two, let us know and we can re-selections 1-2 new items at no charge per design plan.

  • The more details you share about your preferences in your questionnaire and inspiration images, the more likely we will be able to nail your design on the first try. Sometimes we'll include a few options if we see several that could work; other times, we'll provide what we believe is the best option for your space. In the event you'd like additional options, we recommend using our suggestions as a reference for style, size, color, pattern, finish, etc. as you find something more to your liking depending on which you have selected.

  • We select a combination of trade and retail items based on what you share in your design questionnaire about your budget and the look you are hoping to achieve. We focus on sustainable, local brands and ethical brands, natural, healthy materials and finishes where ever possible.

  • For items recommended through our trade sources, we'll invoice you and then take care of placing and tracking your orders. For retail items recommended, you'll handle the ordering and tracking on your own.
