Payment

All design concepts, drawings, and materials remain the intellectual property of Raini Peters unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
Mandatory consumer protection laws of the European Union and Germany remain unaffected where applicable.
Design Disclaimer & Responsibility
All services provided by Raini Peters Interiors are limited to interior design consultancy and design intent only.
All drawings, plans, and specifications are conceptual and not for construction reliance. They must be reviewed and verified by qualified contractors or engineers prior to execution.
The client and their appointed contractors are solely responsible for verifying dimensions, site conditions, and ensuring all works comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Contractors & Third Parties
All contractors, suppliers, and trades act as independent third parties. Clients enter into separate agreements directly with them.
Raini Peters Interiors has no control over and no responsibility for their work, performance, timelines, or outcomes.
No Site Responsibility
Raini Peters Interiors does not:
supervise or manage site works
Verify technical or regulatory compliance, manage construction or installation All responsibility for execution and build outcomes remains with the contractors and the client.
Widerrufsrecht (EU Consumers Only)
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period: 14 days from contract conclusion.

Waiver of Withdrawal
If you request work to begin before the withdrawal period ends, your right of withdrawal may expire once services are fully performed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
