These terms apply specifically to the Design Priority Access 90-minute strategy session.

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment of €3,700 incl. 19% VAT is required to secure your session

Payment processed securely via [Stripe/your gateway]

Your session is confirmed within 24 hours of payment receipt

VAT ID: DE313117608 (German VAT registration)

2. Session Details

90-minute private Design Strategy Session (online via google)

Scheduled within 14 days of booking confirmation

You will receive a preparation guide and intake form after booking

Deliverable: Design Action Plan (written summary of recommendations)

3. What We Cover

Your session includes review of:

Floor plans and spatial priorities

Layout opportunities and constraints

Realistic budget framework

Design direction and material positioning

Project feasibility and next steps

This is a strategy session only. No design development, technical drawings, procurement, or construction coordination is included.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Australian Consumer Law applies to all bookings:

Full refund less €150 administration fee

24-48 hours

50% refund (€1,850 incl. VAT)

<24 hours or no-show

Non-refundable

Consumer guarantees: Remedies are available if the service is not provided with due care and skill, or not fit for the purpose requested.

5. Credit Toward Full-Service Design

If you proceed to Full-Service Interior Design within 60 days, the full €3,700 session fee is credited toward your design fee.
This is structured project progression, not a discount.

6. Client Preparation

To get maximum value from your session, please provide:

Floor plans (PDF or images)

Project brief and priorities

Photos of existing space (if relevant)

Budget range indication

We send a full preparation guide after booking.

7. Recording & Confidentiality

Sessions may be recorded for quality control and your reference

All information shared remains confidential

We process your data per our Privacy Policy

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the session fee paid (€3,700). We are not liable for indirect losses, project outcomes, or decisions made after the session.

9. Governing Law

Australian Consumer Law applies to Australian residents

Laws of Queensland, Australia govern all other disputes

Disputes resolved first through mediation, then Queensland courts if needed

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Current version applies at time of booking.
