Design Priority Access is a private strategy session for clients planning a renovation or full furnishing project who want to begin with clarity, structure, and the right decisions from day one.

Before major purchases, construction, or design development begins, this session establishes the foundation of the project so everything that follows is more considered, efficient, and aligned.

What happens in the session

During your session, we will review:

• your floor plans and spatial priorities,

• layout opportunities and constraints,

• realistic project budgets,

• design direction, color and material positioning,

• feasibility and next steps.

Following the session, you will receive a written Design Action Plan outlining the key recommendations and next steps.

This session is designed to eliminate uncertainty and prevent costly missteps at the beginning of your project.

What is included

Each Design Priority Access session includes:

• a 90-minute private Design Strategy Session, online or onsite,

• project feasibility and scope clarification,

• budget framework aligned to your goals,

• spatial planning direction for key areas,

• design positioning, including style, materials, and level of finish,

• a clear Design Action Plan outlining next steps.

A maximum of 5 projects will be accepted for this intake.

Once these sessions are filled, booking closes.

Credit toward Full-Service Interior Design

If you proceed into Full-Service Interior Design within 60 days, the full €3,700 incl. 19% VAT is credited toward your design fee.
